How To Change Your Password

It is not possible for you to change your password yourself. If you wish to change your password, contact the 24-hour help desk at 570-685-5554 and they will be happy to change it for you.

How To Create a Custom Email Signature

- log into the webmail interface. http://webmail.ltis.net
- click 'Settings' then 'Identities'
- click your email address
- click the '+' sign at the bottom of the page
- complete the fields and click the 'Save' button

How To Create a Vacation or Out Of Office Message

- log into the webmail interface. http://webmail.ltis.net
- click 'Settings' then 'Responses'
- click the '+' sign at the bottom of the page to add a new response
- enter a name for the response, and the text
- click 'Save' to store your changes

How To Create a Custom Filter for Incoming Messages

You can use custom filters to block certain senders, copy or redirect messages, automatically sort your mail into folders, or to send automated reply messages.

- click 'Settings' then 'Filters'
- click the '+' sign at the bottom of the Filters column
- enter a name for the filter, then complete the fields
- click 'Save' to store your changes
- be sure to run a test to make sure the filter does what you intended
- once created, filters can be enabled/disabled

How To Manage Your Email Folders

- log into the webmail interface. http://webmail.ltis.net
- click 'Settings' then 'Folders' then your email address
- select the folder you wish to modify
- you can then rename, empty, or delete the folder
- click the '+' sign at the bottom of the page to add a new folder

How To Change Your Email Preferences

- log into the webmail interface. http://webmail.ltis.net
- click 'Settings' then 'Preferences'
- click the Section you wish to modify
- change options as desired
- click 'Save' to store your changes

How To Add a New Email Address to Your Account

Contact the 24-hour Internet help desk or the LTS business office during business hours. Provide the username you wish to use and a password, and the new userid will be created for you.

How To Manage Your Spam

- log into the webmail interface. http://webmail.ltis.net
- click the 'Spam Quarantine' link at the top of the page
- log into the spam quarantine system; the username and password are the same as your email login
- you will see a list of all the messages in quarantine
- select a message by clicking it, or multiple messages by holding down the 'Ctrl' key and clicking
- at this point you can open, delete, black list, or white list the message(s) by right-clicking on the message and selecting the appropriate option.

How To Add Email Addresses To Your White or Black List

Email messages received from addresses on your 'White List' will always be accepted. Messages received from addresses on your 'Black List' will always be discarded.

- log into the spam quarantine system; the username and password are the same as your email login
- you will see a list of all the messages in quarantine
- click 'Preferences'
- in the 'Antispam Management' section, click 'Black' or 'White' next to 'Black/White lists:'
- enter the email address you want to add to the list
- click the 'Add' button

How To 'White List' Your Outgoing Addresses

- log into the webmail interface. http://webmail.ltis.net
- click the 'Spam Quarantine' link at the top of the page
- log into the spam quarantine system; the username and password are the same as your email login
- you will see a list of all the messages in quarantine
- click 'Preferences'
- in the 'Antispam Management' section, click the 'On' selector next to 'Add outgoing email addresses to White list:'
- click the 'Apply' button

How To Block the Spam Report

- click the 'Spam Quarantine' link at the top of the page
- log into the spam quarantine system; the username and password are the same as your email login
- you will see a list of all the messages in quarantine
- click 'Preferences'
- in the 'Antispam Management' section, click the 'Off' selector next to 'Receive spam report:'
- click the 'Apply' button

How To Manage Multiple Accounts in the Spam System

- log into the webmail interface. http://webmail.ltis.net
- click the 'Spam Quarantine' link at the top of the page
- log into the spam quarantine system; the username and password are the same as your email login
- you will see a list of all the messages in quarantine
- click 'Preferences'
- in the 'Email Account Management' section, click 'None" next to 'Secondary Accounts'
- enter the email address and the password of the secondary account you wish to manage
- click the 'Add' button
