Unlimited long distance minutes are only available on your primary phone line for residential voice usage and exclude 900, international, directory assistance, and calls outside the continental United States. Calls outside the Continental U.S. will be billed at regular LLD rates. Calls to Internet Service Providers are not considered to be voice calls, and are prohibited at any time on Lackawaxen's unlimited long distance service. If unlimited minutes are used for non-voice calls, Lackawaxen may convert service to a plan that charges for all long distance calls. Customers with usage inconsistent with normal residential voice applications and usage patterns may be required to either select another Lackawaxen long distance plan that charges for all long distance calls, or to cancel service. Lackawaxen will review usage on unlimited LD plans on a regular basis and reserves the right at it's sole discretion to discontinue unlimited LD service if in the company's opinion the usage does not conform to typical residential voice usage.
